stands for Engineering as the first level service of Durrat Al-khaleej where our engineers use mathematics and sciences such as physics to find the best solutions to solve the problems and/or make the necessary improvements to the status quo. More than ever, our engineers are required to have knowledge of relevant sciences for our projects’ design. As a result, we continue expanding our knowledge through learning new dynamic solutions & enhachments.

With multiple options existing for our engineers, we develop different design choices on our merits and choose the best solution that matches our client’s requirements. The crucial and unique task of our engineers is to identify, understand, and interpret the constraints on a design in order to produce a successful result. But it’s not enough to build a successful product technically; it also meets additional requirements.

Constraints may include other resources, physical, imaginative or technical limitations, flexibility for modifications and additions, and other factors, such as requirements for cost, safety, marketability, predictability, and serviceability. To understand these constraints, our engineers derive specifications for the limits within which a viable object or system may be produced and operated.

for Procurement - The second service of Durrat alkhaleej is the procurement which include factors such as handling and delivery, marginal benefit, and fluctuations of price. Our team of professionals involve making buying decisions under scarcity of conditions and using good data our team uses good practice to make use of analysis economic methods such as cost-benefit analysis or cost-utility analysis.

Where risk is involved, either in the benefits or the costs, the concept of expected value may be employed. Our important distinction should be made between analyses without risk and those with risk.

Based on the utilization purposes of the goods acquired and services, the activities of the procurements we perform are often split into two distinct categories. The first category being direct, production-related procurement and the second being indirect, non-production-related procurement.
Our Direct procurement encompasses all items that are part of finished products, such as raw material, components and parts. In contrast, our indirect procurement activities concern “operating resources” that our company purchases to enable its operations.

for Construction - The third and final service of Durrat Alkhaleej is the construction. Once we have prepared the Engineering design and the procurement then and only then would actual construction commence.

This is the process of preparing our work and forming buildings and building systems, the important steps to remember is that construction starts with     planning, design, and financing and continues until the structure is ready for occupancy.

Far from being a single activity, the construction of large scale is an achievement of human multitasking. Normally, the job is managed by our project manager, and supervised by our construction manager, design engineer, construction engineer or project architect.
For the successful execution of our projects and for its successful delivery we put great emphasis on effective planning. As such, part of the design and execution we consider the best requirements, the environmental impact of the job, successful scheduling, budgeting, construction site safety, availability and transportation of building materials, and its logistics.
