Who we are

Durrat Al Khaleej (DaK) is a UAE company established in 2004 under trade licence number 40411, and now registering in Iraq as Durrat Al Khaleej for Trade and Contracting to match the company's work as an EPC contractor.

The company carries out engineering, procurement and execution (EPC) for oil storage tank projects, oil transport pipeline networks, steel structures, bridge building and oil project execution — along with fabrication, installation of mechanical equipment and accessories of every type, and the production, service and industrial operations that support them. The aim is to develop the oil industry and supply what state institutions and companies operating in Iraq need in that field.

What makes us different is the flexibility and the experience to do all of this efficiently. DaK is the first Iraqi company in the EPC category, working alongside a joint venture with Ibn Majed Company for Engineering Industries, and it has the local knowledge to read the country's circumstances and work with them rather than against them.

In practice Durrat Al Khaleej is the project manager that holds all of the above together, with several joint ventures with international companies acting as contractors and sub-contractors.

  Supplying and purchasing the equipment and engineering materials specified in the previous step, verified against the world's best sources by specialists who know quality and price.
• C — Construction
  Several stages, from civil works through to installation of the equipment defined by the two steps before it.
